Medical Excuses


  1. A student may be excused for no more that two days with a parent note. If it is necessary for a student to be excused for more than two days of class, a medical note form a physician is needed. The note from the parent must specify either one or two days that the student is to be excused. A note from a parent does not automatically excuse them for two days).
  2. The student may be assigned to study hall and/or required to submit a written assignment as credit for he actual activity days missed. The nature of such an assignment will be left to the discretion of the teacher. Excessive absences may also require that a written assignment be submitted for credit.
