Need extra help outside of class??

Try Dial-a-Teacher

Here's an excerpt from their website:

Dial 505-344-3571 in Albuquerque or 1-800-94STUDY statewide!

Dial-A-Teacher is a free homework service available to students statewide. They can call Monday through Thursday, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. and receive homework help from an ATF member who is a licensed teacher. Callers can get help in English or Spanish. We have a local Albuquerque number, as well as a toll-free phone number for callers outside of Albuquerque. Dial-A-Teacher is marketed to K-12 students, but parents and college students call from time to time as well.

Participation Points

Students need to come prepared with a pencil, paper, & calculator.  Students should contribute to classroom discussion and are expected to work quietly during in class work time.

Put downs, distractions, unpreparedness, poor attitude, conversations unrelated to math, and other disruptive behaviour will contribute to a loss of participation points.
